Mesemb with small knobbly leaves. Large taproot . Flowers are pale yellow, lemon yellow or sometimes whitish in colour. This species flowers in late winter/ early spring.
Best sown at temperatures between 18 - 28 *Celsius. Seeds take between 6 - 30 days to germinate (depending on conditions)
This species can grow very old, my oldest plant is now 26 years of age!
